Ileana Trevino

Ileana started her career in development and fundraising, in Houston, as the Vice Chancellor of University Advancement at the University of Houston, where she directed fundraising, advertising and public relations. In 2004, Treviño became the CEO of Memorial Hermann Foundation and led its fundraising. Ileana has extensive knowledge of Houston-area funders, including Foundations and corporations. She has expertise in Board governance, community relations, special events management, managing and executing campaigns and all elements of the development cycle. To date, she has raised over $400 million.

Mari began her work in development in 2014 at Fund for Teachers and in May of 2017 received her Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management. She has extensive experience in Board governance, database management, social media, annual fund and special events fundraising.

Alissa Ratcliff

Alissa started her work with TCG in May 2017 as an intern and moved into a full-time role in August. Prior to her work at TCG, she spent four months interning for a United States Senator. Alissa is a graduate of Texas State University where she was awarded membership of two national honor societies for her degrees in political science and sociology. She has experience in database management, writing annual fund letters, special events management and grant writing.
